Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics

     The patient is responsible for all charges incurred regardless of insurance.  It is the responsibility of the patient to be aware of their benefits.  We will not be held responsible for any insurance's refusal to pay, whatever the reason.  The cost of treatment will vary, depending on the severity of the problem and treatment required.

     A grace period of 30 days from the date of service is given to take care of any charges.  If there is a need to extend that time due to financial limitations, payment arrangements will need to be made.  While payments are acceptable, they must be consistent in order to maintain good credit.  Payments may be set up on a weekly or monthly basis.  

Orthodontics

• There is an initial examiniation fee. 
  
• If the patient is found to be ready for orthodontics, a letter will be issued explaining our process and the costs involved.  
  
• There is a fee for the pre-orthodontic records that must be taken prior to the beginning of treatment.
• A down payment is due the day the braces are placed, regardless of insurance coverage.
• The remaining amount is then divided into monthly payments over the treatment time.  Any amounts paid by the insurance will adjust the monthly payments due. 
  
• Discounts are available for payments in full and for subsequent siblings.
